It was stress free and a total time saver - and the right to start vacation! On arrival at the hotel we were quickly welcomed by the staff, a few details explained and forms signs, and then a tour of the grounds and into our room. It was about 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel - a quick and easy drive. and a Viceroy staff member was waiting for us - he quickly took our bags and brought us to a beautiful SUV - and we were on the road in no time with cold bottles of water and a warm welcome. We landed at the airport, went through customs, obtained our bags, and quickly walked through the maze of people trying to get us to sign up for excursions, taxis, etc. It was ~$400 USD (round trip) - but it was well worth it. ARRIVAL: Through the hotel, we elected to reserve a private driver. (NOTE: we had this trip planned in March of 2020 - but chose to postpone until now due to COVID). The reason we chose this location / hotel is that we wanted a kid free (as we left our kids at home), super relaxed, upscale resort. I have included a few photos to share some of what is seen, and not seen on the main website. We just returned from an amazing trip to Viceroy Riviera Maya.
